Anniek van Luijn
After Anniek started her career as a contract manager for CMG’s telecom product division, she worked worked as a legal professional for ICT (product) companies for over thirteen years. These include Oracle, Capgemini, SDL Tridion and BT. She is currently working as a freelance and interim legal counsel. Anniek has a commercial drive, a pragmatic approach, an international interest and experience, a flexible attitude, a proactive way of working, a strong focus on accuracy and legal precision, a deep sense of loyalty and a great passion for working with other people. While having gained experience in a wide range of legal aspects, her strength lies in the commercial contractual process in its broadest sense. Anniek holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Law from the University of Utrecht.
Arie Kuijt
Arie is a general manager with a track record in international product marketing, product management, program management and managing organizational change. Most of his professional career he has been working in different roles in the international Telecoms business and High tech industry. He has fulfilled numerous assignments abroad (USA, Sweden, France, UK) contributing to his international (account) management skills.
Eric Jan Krupe
Eric Jan started his career as technical software engineer. In the early nineties he moved into Project Management and led the project team that developed CMG´s market leading SMS product. In the last 10 years, he held many line-management positions, being responsible for sales, product marketing, R&D and operations departments. Eric Jan´s interests include driving international programmes and bringing new products to market. Eric Jan holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delft.
Frits Meijer
Frits initially started his career in technical software development in the Finance Industry. After leading several large projects for financial institutions in the Netherlands he changed his career towards management roles in the Telecoms Industry. He has managed large product development and product management teams in a global environment where time to market, performance and reliability are key. He has gained a wide experience in software development outsourcing to near and far shore locations. His interests are change-management, process improvement and management development, training and coaching. Frits holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from the HIO in Enschede.
Gert Jan Troost
Gert Jan has initially started in technical product development in the Telecoms Industry. After a lead-architect position for the definition of a new generation of fully digital telephony exchanges at Thales, he changed career towards management. He has managed large-scale, innovative Projects and Programmes and also held various line-management positions. His interests are innovation and change-management, particularly trying to define the "bigger picture". Gert Jan holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delft.
Jeroen Meuleman
Jeroen is an experienced management consultant and interim professional, focussed on marketing, development and strategy. He has sixteen years of (international) experience in Telecom, Internet, New Media and technology industries. Jeroen is sociable person; well educated with a technical background; quick learner and a broad experience. He has an extensive network; operates as an entrepreneur, looking for solutions and opportunities; new business developer; holistic view and multi-level approach. Jeroen holds a Master´s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Twente University.
Roland van Exel
Roland started his career in database oriented software development in the public sector. From the late eighties till the late nineties he was involved in several startups of US based software companies entering the European market. In 1999 Roland entered the fast growing mobile telecommunications market with one of the world leading software suppliers and was responsible for managing the initiation and embedding of various new products, services and organizational entities and running change programs. Having been both line manager and manager of quality and process improvement teams, Roland holds a good balance between getting results and getting things embedded.
Roy Sijgers
Roy is at his best when business requires a boost in securing new business at both new and existing customers. He has fulfilled roles as sales- and account manager, as well as management of sales and account teams world-wide. Roy’s personal skills combined an excellent sense of (international) business enable him to quickly align people and resources so the deal gets closed. His broad, international experience enables him to adapt quickly to new environments and get things going in the right direction straight from the start. He enjoys being in the front-line of the business. Roy holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
Wolfert Otte
Wolfert is a general manager with a substantial track record in project management and program management. For a substantial part of his professional career he has been working in different roles in the ICT industry, but he has also worked with other industries. Wolfert is all-round, no-nonsense and ambitious in improving organisational and individual performance. He believes the human aspect to be a major factor in reaching success (business targets as well as personal growth and fullfillment).
